Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Benjamin Schumacher kicked off to start the match. Moritz Weidt made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Verne Silvester sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute of the match, Max Wills tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Moritz Weidt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Give Peace a Chance defense, Nathan Leyburn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moritz Weidt. The Give Peace a Chance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moritz Weidt should have stopped the shot. Duncan Lawless hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes, Give Peace a Chance's Merten Belzner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Simon Slater came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Give Peace a Chance reached it. In the 20th minute, Merten Belzner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leicester Lions's Simon Slater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merten Belzner in the 26th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Verne Silvester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moritz Weidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Schumacher kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Merten Belzner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Leicester Lions's Moritz Weidt threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nathan Leyburn, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Merten Belzner fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Give Peace a Chance's protests and gave Merten Belzner a yellow card for diving instead. Simon Slater came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Give Peace a Chance's Merten Belzner. But to his dismay, Merten Belzner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Allan Bramble stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Give Peace a Chance's Caspar Dronia got a free kick in the 54th minute. Moritz Weidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Bramble, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 63 minutes of play, Leicester Lions's Nathan Leyburn made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moritz Weidt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nathan Leyburn took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moritz Weidt. Moritz Weidt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The supporters of Leicester Lions booed when Give Peace a Chance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Othmar Achterdeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moritz Weidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nathan Leyburn in the 80th minute of play. Friedrich Hester kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Rod Reading kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Simon Slater made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Schumacher in the 85th minute. Moritz Weidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Bramble, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute, Max Wills ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moritz Weidt was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Give Peace a Chance's Moritz Weidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Wills in the 95th minute of play. Leicester Lions's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
