Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) A collision led to Skellerup FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Kristen Buchbjerg hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dale Murphy in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ejvin Møllekær saved Skellerup FC from getting behind. Ejvin Møllekær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Lowndes in the 7th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Dorking United FC got a freekick which was hit by Doug Lovell. Dorking United FC's Clive Blake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Kvistborg in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Dorking United FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Sammy Curtis hit a great ball. Dan Kvistborg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Dorking United FC defense, Dan Kvistborg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clive Blake. The Dorking United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clive Blake should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute of the match Dale Murphy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ejvin Møllekær showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dan Kvistborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clive Blake having to interfere. Skellerup FC's Ejvin Møllekær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doug Lovell in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Dorking United FC's goalkeeper Clive Blake had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walter Fur. Ejvin Møllekær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Lowndes, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 29 minutes, Dale Murphy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dorking United FC and the Skellerup FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Skellerup FC booed when Dorking United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norman Abbotts didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Kvistborg got free with Clive Blake in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Dan Kvistborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Dale Murphy was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. Dale Murphy hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Skellerup FC's Dan Kvistborg got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dan Kvistborg was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Skellerup FC's Walter Fur got a free kick in the 50th minute. Dorking United FC's Clive Blake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Kvistborg in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Dorking United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Paul Edworthy to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute Walter Fur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Blake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doug Lovell kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Dan Kvistborg succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. In the 66th minute Jørgen Ebler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Blake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Lowndes struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ejvin Møllekær didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorking United FC. When Caspar Ambrink came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Skellerup FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caspar Ambrink couldn't finish the play. Walter Fur struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Clive Blake didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skellerup FC. Clive Blake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Kvistborg in the 85th minute of play. David Lowndes kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Skellerup FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
