Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Philip Sheridan got the match started through his kick off. After 5 played minutes FC LIVERPOOL got a freekick which was hit by Phil Tolley. In the 18th minute Kev Higgins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Wray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jasper Best might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Mitchell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jasper Best ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Harchester United's Thomas Mitchell got control of the ball when Jeff Bignot tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to FC LIVERPOOL getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Philip Sheridan hit a great ball. FC LIVERPOOL's Marek Wray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Schofield in the 33rd minute of play. Marek Wray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Les Cooke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Harchester United's Kev Higgins nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marek Wray made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Thomas Mitchell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeff Bignot in the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Marty Schofield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Wray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC LIVERPOOL players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Harchester United were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marty Schofield stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Les Cooke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Wray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Harchester United's Kev Higgins slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marek Wray. That made the score 0-2 after 53 minutes of play. 56 minutes into the game, Kev Higgins recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marek Wray. Kev Higgins showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After 65 played minutes Harchester United got a freekick which was hit by Orson Shuttleworth. Marty Schofield in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marek Wray, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marek Wray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Les Cooke in the 70th minute of the match. Harchester United's Marty Schofield got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC LIVERPOOL's Marek Wray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save FC LIVERPOOL from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, Marty Schofield notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FC LIVERPOOL's Marek Wray. Marek Wray was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes into the match, FC LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Marek Wray had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marty Schofield. 88 minutes into the match, FC LIVERPOOL's goal looked a bit too open when Les Cooke came free, but Marek Wray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marek Wray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harvey Clarke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Les Cooke took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Marek Wray to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Harchester United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC LIVERPOOL.
