Emil Nikoloski made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Ignatios Brilakis sent off a good shot on target. ΟΦΗ's Fanis Sigalas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Makedonski in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of ΟΦΗ booed when Wonderkids was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ljuben Kiprijanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 9 played minutes ΟΦΗ got a freekick which was hit by Ignatios Brilakis. Emil Nikoloski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sofoklis Stathatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Filip Makedonski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fanis Sigalas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Wonderkids's Emil Nikoloski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Wonderkids from getting a goal against them. Filip Makedonski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fanis Sigalas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Samir Manojlovski fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wonderkids's protests and gave Samir Manojlovski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Samir Manojlovski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ΟΦΗ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Makis Argyrakis hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes, Wonderkids's Marko Gigovski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fanis Sigalas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wonderkids reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Makedonski in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fanis Sigalas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giorgos Katzelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignatios Brilakis was the one to do the kick off. Gavril Sarev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
