After a rather tough play, Black Devil Napoli's Anselmo Micarelli got a free kick in the 16th minute. A collision led to f.c. sKRotone getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Federico Di Placido hit a great ball. In the 22nd match minute, f.c. sKRotone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniele Quattrocchi to maneuver through the defense. Ermanno Natalucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alberto Presutti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, f.c. sKRotone's Ettore Grilli got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriano Villani got free with Flavio Fallito in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adriano Villani struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Flavio Fallito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for f.c. sKRotone. Flavio Fallito made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Adriano Villani sent off a good shot on target. Fabiano Pio kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Daniele Quattrocchi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Fallito was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Fabiano Pio succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniele Quattrocchi made a kick off. Daniele Quattrocchi kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Ettore Grilli was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 63rd minute, Ettore Grilli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th match minute, Black Devil Napoli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Micarelli to maneuver through the defense. Daniele Quattrocchi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Black Devil Napoli's Fabio Negri got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 72 played minutes Black Devil Napoli got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Troilo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniele Quattrocchi in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Fallito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ermanno Natalucci came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Black Devil Napoli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermanno Natalucci couldn't finish the play. After 83 played minutes Black Devil Napoli got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Micarelli. After 91 minutes of play f.c. sKRotone's Alfonso Fantozzi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 92nd minute, Alfonso Fantozzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. f.c. sKRotone succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Black Devil Napoli had controlled the match.
