Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mati Adamski kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Botitsis in the 3rd minute of play forced Maccabi Netanya's goalkeeper Freddy Zelbitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Veniamin Bougatsas hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. When Thalis Kokkalidis fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dhafnospiliá BC's protests and gave Thalis Kokkalidis a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Dhafnospiliá BC got a freekick which was hit by Thalis Kokkalidis. Adir Avitahl hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Thomas Chatzichristos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Freddy Zelbitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Simeon Zibak notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dhafnospiliá BC's Nikos Kaminaridis. Nikos Kaminaridis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Maccabi Netanya booed when Dhafnospiliá BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taam Taaensen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Giannis Botitsis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giannis Botitsis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Zelbitz having to interfere. Nikos Kaminaridis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mati Adamski, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giannis Botitsis was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Botitsis in the 54th minute of play forced Maccabi Netanya's goalkeeper Freddy Zelbitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikos Kaminaridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simeon Zibak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Themis Karagiorgis put in a rough tackle. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dhafnospiliá BC! 68 minutes into the game, Tesher Goldfarb recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nikos Kaminaridis. Tesher Goldfarb showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Tesher Goldfarb hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Barel Gavrilov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giorgos Mikros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Freddy Zelbitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Maccabi Netanya got a freekick which was hit by Josh Ben-Ari. Maccabi Netanya's Freddy Zelbitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Botitsis in the 98th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Maccabi Netanya walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
