When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Moïse Ganivet took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Marlene Dietrich to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, SILMONT's Rayan Marx got a free kick in the 29th minute. Kevan Grange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexis Back in the 34th minute of play. When Stéphane Cueille fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Les diables noirs's protests and gave Stéphane Cueille a yellow card for diving instead. Stéphane Cueille kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Alexis Back came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the SILMONT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexis Back couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Les diables noirs's Wilfried Lépinay got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Wilfried Lépinay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
