Prishtina FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Floriana Celtics the free kick. A collision led to Prishtina FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Mevlan Jusufi hit a great ball. If Valon Laraku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th match minute, Floriana Celtics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Testaferrata to maneuver through the defense. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valon Laraku to strike the kick off in the second half.
