Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Verbano FC's Concetto Basilico started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Concetto Basilico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Leopold Bistrović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valter Slišković's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexander De Palma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Enzo Punta struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Leopold Bistrović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verbano FC. Leopold Bistrović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Tomei in the 20th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Davor Horvatin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopold Bistrović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Basilico in the 21st minute of the match. Lipovljani were furious when Ostoja Dedić was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lipovljani fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Armando Toccaceli placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 29th match minute, Verbano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Tomei to maneuver through the defense. Zdenko Ravnić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Alexander De Palma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihovil Zorčićs short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Alexander De Palma to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Valter Slišković kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Verbano FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Rava. In the 47th minute, Christian Tomei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verbano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the match, Verbano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zdenko Ravnić came free, but Alexander De Palma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zdenko Ravnić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Concetto Basilico during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 71st minute, Zdenko Ravnić left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lipovljani fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If Vedran Bošnjak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander De Palma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdenko Ravnić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
