Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Fulvio Di Clemente started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Flavio Di Battista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Farafulla FC booed when A.S. Trastevere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Attilio Bearzot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.S. Trastevere's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ercole Rea was slow to take the kick. During this time Farafulla FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Federico Rozzi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Antonello Manzo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 16th minute, Eugenio Caligaris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonello Manzo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Farafulla FC's Dave Valeriani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Di Battista in the 27th minute of play. Flavio Di Battista received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dave Valeriani came out and tried to block the shot, but Flavio Di Battista slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Anthony Malatesta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Farafulla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.S. Trastevere the free kick. 36 minutes into the game, Ercole Rea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Antonello Manzo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Carlo Di Fiore fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.S. Trastevere's protests and gave Carlo Di Fiore a yellow card for diving instead. Ercole Rea, 44 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Attilio Bearzot during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Attilio Bearzot kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The A.S. Trastevere players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Farafulla FC were winning 1-2.
Farafulla FC's Dave Valeriani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attilio Bearzot in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Tiberio in the 53rd minute of play forced Farafulla FC's goalkeeper Dave Valeriani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Attilio Bearzot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Flavio Di Battista managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.S. Trastevere's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Di Battista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dave Valeriani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Caligaris kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Antonello Manzo. That made the score 1-3 in the 62 minute of play. After having played for 66 minutes, Flavio Di Battista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.S. Trastevere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Di Battista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Farafulla FC's Ercole Rea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Antonello Manzo. That made the score 2-4 after 76 minutes of play. Dave Valeriani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Bearzot in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Armin Tiberio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonello Manzo made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Fulvio Di Clemente sent off a good shot on target. Dave Valeriani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavio Di Battista went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score.
