After a rather tough play, Alexandrie CF's Nehuen Perez got a free kick in the 7th minute. Stéphane Reine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Muciaccia in the 8th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Florian Ucci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bar Marconi United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alexandrie CF the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Christophe Boquet in the 18th minute of play forced Bar Marconi United's goalkeeper Antonello Canzano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armin Muciaccia kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Sam Hamon put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Antonello Canzano. The supporters of Alexandrie CF booed when Bar Marconi United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Buffone didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Sam Hamon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bar Marconi United's Antonello Canzano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Bar Marconi United's Enzo Cera got a free kick in the 45th minute.

Armin Piccone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Stéphane Reine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Alexandrie CF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Nehuen Perez hit a great ball. In the 73rd match minute, Alexandrie CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antony Cervera to maneuver through the defense. Corrado Marrone charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Corrado Marrone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Corrado Marrone kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Alexandrie CF booed when Bar Marconi United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Buffone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stéphane Reine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armin Piccone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandrie CF played a much better game than Bar Marconi United and deserved their victory. The Bar Marconi United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
