An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Rapa in the 24th minute of play forced io.dasola's goalkeeper Ennio Costantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Troisi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Amos Natale. William Troisi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabiano Farina went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, io.dasola's goal looked a bit too open when Antoine Miggiani came free, but Ennio Costantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match Amos Natale sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but William Troisi skillfully saved the ball. In the 41st minute, Arthur Teuma made a precise shot to the right of Ennio Costantini. io.dasola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aldo Sammartano to make the kick off. Annamaya Hannah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. io.dasola's Ennio Costantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save io.dasola from getting a goal against them. Fabiano Farina hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Ennio Costantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Teuma in the 78th minute of play. If Alfred Pavia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Meerkats FC booed when io.dasola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Sammartano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Stephen Bonnici shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ennio Costantini showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 95 minutes into the match, io.dasola's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Rapa came free, but Ennio Costantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The io.dasola support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
