In the 31st minute Aldo Sammartano suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Florian Capaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Capaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. io.dasola's Ferruccio Prato was substituted for Aldo Sammartano. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stintino FC! Stintino FC's Flavio Foddis got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Flavio Foddis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ennio Costantini was relentless in the 40th minute of the game.

Ferruccio Prato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio Foddis in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ennio Costantini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 63 minutes, Flavio Foddis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stintino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Foddis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Saturno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulvio Di Florio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes, Fulvio Totaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stintino FC and the io.dasola players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fulvio Totaro kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Foddis in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ennio Costantini saved io.dasola from getting behind. In the 79th minute, Arrigo Rea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Foddis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Stintino FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to io.dasola getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Christian Pan hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Stintino FC's Fulvio Totaro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 87th minute, Alessandro Zoccali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiliano Bucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ennio Costantini having to make a save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. io.dasola were victorious despite being under pressure from Stintino FC for much of the match.
