An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Gervasi in the 28th minute of play forced Ugonotti's goalkeeper Fabiano Colonna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carter Cerri to strike the kick off in the second half. Alfredo Trombettas short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Fabiano Colonna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Edmondo Gervasi got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 0-2 in the right cross in the 53rd match minute before Fabiano Colonna had time to react. After recieving a nice pass, Sconvols United's Edmondo Gervasi tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Edmondo Gervasi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Fabiano Colonna when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 93 played minutes Ugonotti got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Di Muzio. After having played for 94 minutes, Ferruccio Mazzocchetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sconvols United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferruccio Mazzocchetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Ugonotti booed when Sconvols United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Trombetta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sconvols United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
