But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daryl Champin couldn't finish the play. corsaire nantais's Dylan Delavaud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noël Saliou in the 12th minute of play. Charles-Emmanuel Perrotte hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Dylan Delavaud successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 23rd match minute, Green Madness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrice Béziat to maneuver through the defense. Dylan Delavaud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noël Saliou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmid Hervier came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by corsaire nantais's Théophile Moret. But to his dismay, Théophile Moret quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dylan Delavaud made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Philippe Wartel sent off a good shot on target. corsaire nantais's Dylan Delavaud proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save corsaire nantais from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the match, Georges Piguet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dylan Delavaud, 1-1.

Georges Piguet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Green Madness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georges Piguet to maneuver through the defense. Ahmid Hervier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daryl Champin in the 65th minute of the match. Dylan Delavaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noël Saliou, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the corsaire nantais defense, Aurélien Argentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dylan Delavaud. The corsaire nantais fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dylan Delavaud should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philippe Wartel in the 74th minute of play forced corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Dylan Delavaud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, William Creusot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Green Madness fans cheered their team off the field, for while corsaire nantais had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
