After 6 played minutes, Zola Predosa FC's Fabiano Spano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Theofanis Tseberlidis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zola Predosa FC reached it. Claudio Bulla's late challenge caught a GREEN LIONS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudio Bulla helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot by Andreas Seremetiadis from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Florian Causio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Domenico Varglien's late challenge caught a GREEN LIONS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domenico Varglien helped the player get up and apologised. Domenico Varglien hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Andreas Seremetiadis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Florian Causio firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 24 minutes Zola Predosa FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andreas Seremetiadis who took care of the corner kick. Aurelio Ragusa struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Theofanis Tseberlidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zola Predosa FC. Nikolas Kalapodas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Florian Causio made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelio Ragusa during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute, Aurelio Ragusa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Aurelio Maranzano kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Florian Causio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Seremetiadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Zola Predosa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolas Kalapodas came free, but Florian Causio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Ragusa took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Theofanis Tseberlidis. Theofanis Tseberlidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 66 played minutes GREEN LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Soulis Zacharas. Zola Predosa FC's Florian Causio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Seremetiadis in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, GREEN LIONS's Nikolas Kalapodas got a free kick in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Zola Predosa FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Domenico Varglien hit a great ball. Nikolas Kalapodas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aurelio Ragusa came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Zola Predosa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Ragusa couldn't finish the play. Theofanis Tseberlidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Ragusa, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Zola Predosa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolas Kalapodas came free, but Florian Causio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Panagiotis Maragos in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florian Causio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Panagiotis Maragos in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florian Causio saved Zola Predosa FC from getting behind.
