Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dave Berardini started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Joris Le Tiec left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The supporters of Seggiano booed when Les Pionniers de Touraine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Musy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Les Pionniers de Touraine were awarded a corner. Pierre-Henri Gaillot went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Les Pionniers de Touraine's corner Richard Musy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Antonio Di Gennaro quite easily take care of the ball. Les Pionniers de Touraine's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pierre-Henri Gaillot in the 16th minute. Aldo Andreoli was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, one of Seggiano:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Seggiano. After 23 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Dino Caracciolo. Ferruccio Di Cicco kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Ermanno Lemme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Dilan Mazoyer made a huge save. Antonio Di Gennaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mourad Bloquet in the 37th minute of play. The Seggiano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Les Pionniers de Touraine were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pierre-Henri Gaillot to make the kick off. If Eraldo Giammaria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Di Gennaro made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Pierre-Henri Gaillot sent off a good shot on target. 59 minutes into the game, Dino Caracciolo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seggiano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Les Pionniers de Touraine the free kick. After 59 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Dino Caracciolo. 63 minutes into the match, Seggiano's goalkeeper Antonio Di Gennaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pierre-Henri Gaillot. In the 66th minute, Joris Le Tiec made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Di Gennaro. Seggiano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Thanks to some nice moves Pierre-Henri Gaillot could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Antonio Di Gennaro however easily saved by the left post. Antonio Di Gennaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joël Sauvetre in the 78th minute of the match. After 82 minutes, Fabio Marcolongo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seggiano and the Les Pionniers de Touraine players grew even worse after the yellow card. Antonio Di Gennaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Les Pionniers de Touraine. In the 84th minute, Aldo Diana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dilan Mazoyer came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Seggiano's Eraldo Giammaria. But to his dismay, Eraldo Giammaria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When the match was over Les Pionniers de Touraine could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Seggiano throughout the match.
