After 23 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Dave Berardini. Antonio Di Gennaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isidoros Tsartsikidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Antonio Di Gennaro made a huge save. After 35 played minutes Bazellatin F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Charalambos Anastasakos. In the 36th minute of the match Alfredo Talamo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Louis Theofilopoulos skillfully saved the ball. In the 46th minute, Ermanno Lemme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Louis Theofilopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stratos Savouras made a kick off. Eraldo Giammaria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis Theofilopoulos having to interfere. Dave Berardini hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Argyris Apostolakis in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Seggiano's Andrea Di Lullo. Antonio Di Gennaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoros Tsartsikidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Eraldo Giammaria recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Louis Theofilopoulos. Eraldo Giammaria showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. The Seggiano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Di Gennaro should have stopped the shot. After 90 minutes, Dave Berardini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seggiano and the Bazellatin F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bazellatin F.C. booed when Seggiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Berardini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
