Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Manos Taganikas made the kick off and thus started the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dove Roig in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lazaros Theofilakos saved Saronida FC from getting behind. Jean-Charles Gauche scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lazaros Theofilakos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute Jean-Charles Gauche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaros Theofilakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Lucien Decottignies managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herblay's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucien Decottignies was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lazaros Theofilakos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucien Decottignies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazaros Theofilakos having to interfere. Gildas Montaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazaros Theofilakos having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Nikos Stratos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucien Decottignies was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 39th minute of the match, Valentinos Semeloglou tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Norbert Domenech saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Saronida FC booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Samuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 minutes, Nikos Stratos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saronida FC and the Herblay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nikos Stratos kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Lucien Decottignies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Dove Roig made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Nikos Stratos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gildas Montaut came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lazaros Theofilakos could save by the left post. In the 65th minute Herblay were awarded a corner. Lucien Decottignies went to the cornerflag to take it. Herblay's Jean-Charles Gauche was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lazaros Theofilakos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With splendid footwork Gildas Montaut arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-2 by the left pole in the game's 65th minute. Dove Roig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Lazaros Theofilakos made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dove Roig got free with Lazaros Theofilakos in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Samuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Dove Roig made a precise shot to the right of Lazaros Theofilakos. Saronida FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 76 minutes into the game, Dove Roig recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lazaros Theofilakos. Dove Roig showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. If Lucien Decottignies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Saronida FC's Lazaros Theofilakos got control of the ball when Dove Roig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nikos Stratos was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Saronida FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Nikos Stratos hit a great ball. Dove Roig took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lazaros Theofilakos. Lazaros Theofilakos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Herblay played a much better game than Saronida FC and deserved their victory. The Saronida FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
