An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Scarano in the 40th minute of play forced Saronida FC's goalkeeper Lazaros Theofilakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Diego Scarano fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pasquale Leone got free with Lazaros Theofilakos in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pasquale Leone came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target.
