Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Javier Maroto got the match started through his kick off. Alexandre Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Maroto in the 5th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Club Deportivo O IRIXO got a freekick which was hit by Gilesindo Paredes. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Torcato Taborda 8 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. A collision led to Club Deportivo O IRIXO getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mosen Carballeira hit a great ball. In the 14th match minute, Valadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerónimo Álvares to maneuver through the defense. Geraldo Caldeira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonardo Romani came out and tried to block the shot, but Geraldo Caldeira slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. The supporters of Club Deportivo O IRIXO booed when Valadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermenegildo Abrantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 played minutes, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Macerio Sarro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alexandre Soares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Deportivo O IRIXO reached it. Leonardo Romani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torcato Taborda's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Club Deportivo O IRIXO were furious when Mosen Carballeira was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Deportivo O IRIXO! In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Valadas. Jerónimo Álvares stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leonardo Romani. 3-0. 33 minutes into the game, Mateus Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Leonardo Romani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Hitzeder Palomar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 minutes, Torcato Taborda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Valadas and the Club Deportivo O IRIXO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 38 played minutes Valadas got a freekick which was hit by Torcato Taborda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pello Cameno in the 39th minute of play forced Valadas's goalkeeper Alexandre Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hitzeder Palomar struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Alexandre Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo O IRIXO. Pello Cameno scored 4-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandre Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Belasko Benito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Soares having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
When Herberto Tomé came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Valadas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herberto Tomé couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belasko Benito, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Mateus Azevedo took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Romani. Leonardo Romani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 61 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goal looked a bit too open when Geraldo Caldeira came free, but Leonardo Romani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Valadas's goalkeeper Alexandre Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josu Pabon. After a defensive mix-up in Valadas's zone, Pello Cameno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Soares came out of the goal and Pello Cameno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Pello Cameno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexandre Soares was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. The audience was convinced that Belasko Benito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandre Soares was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Leonardo Romani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateus Azevedo went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. If Pello Cameno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Malheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Malheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Manuel Malheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Pello Cameno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Soares having to interfere. When Belasko Benito came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Club Deportivo O IRIXO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belasko Benito couldn't finish the play. Valadas's Manuel Malheiro got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Manuel Malheiro off the ground. In the 88th minute, Manuel Malheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pello Cameno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandre Soares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play.
