Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frederico Aguiar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zeferino Igrejas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xuaco Otero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeferino Igrejas made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Jaizki Lacorte sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute, Teodoro Caiado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campus Douro Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Xuaco Otero kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Caiado in the 19th minute of play forced PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Manolo Ucero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Espartaco Castellano kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Manolo Ucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Aguiar in the 20th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Frederico Aguiar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manolo Ucero was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, Campus Douro Academy's Teodoro Caiado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manolo Ucero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Noel Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Manolo Ucero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campus Douro Academy. 43 minutes into the match, Jaizki Lacorte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeferino Igrejas. Campus Douro Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaizki Lacorte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

The wind increased when Gaston Delgado made the kick off in the second half. Frederico Aguiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Manolo Ucero made a huge save. In the 59th match minute, PERSPOLIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xuaco Otero to maneuver through the defense. PERSPOLIS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Frederico Aguiar scored to the left of an out of position Manolo Ucero, making the score, 1-2. Gaston Delgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. PERSPOLIS's Manolo Ucero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Caiado in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Frederico Aguiar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Manolo Ucero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manolo Ucero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederico Aguiar in the 79th minute. Frederico Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Manolo Ucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Caiado in the 83rd minute of play. Frederico Aguiar came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Manolo Ucero could save by the left post. After having played for 90 minutes, Frederico Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campus Douro Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederico Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manolo Ucero was a little too slow when Teodoro Caiado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 1-5. Campus Douro Academy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
