Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mauro Quintanilha took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bruno Caldeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Jesus in the 3rd minute of the match. When PLURAL's António Jesus in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Matos Velhos's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 13 in the game by Mauro Quintanilha from a close distance when the talented Jorge Boaventura managed to make a qualified save. PLURAL's players were relieved. 15 minutes into the match, Olívio Vargas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Matos Velhos's Bruno Caldeira. Bruno Caldeira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee showed Leandro Falcão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes PLURAL got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Falcão. Mauro Quintanilha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Jorge Boaventura when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Patrício Baião fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jorge Boaventura, passed just outside the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Quintanilha in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Boaventura saved PLURAL from getting behind. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by PLURAL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hilário Gama was slow to take the kick. During this time Matos Velhos's players had a chance to rest. Jorge Boaventura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Quintanilha in the 39th minute of the match. António Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell António Jesus to make the kick off. The supporters of Matos Velhos booed when PLURAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Mafra didn't get a good kick on the ball. PLURAL's Jorge Boaventura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilário Gama in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Mauro Quintanilha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Boaventura was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. PLURAL's Samuel Sesimbra got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Caldeira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Samuel Sesimbra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 68 minute of play. Mauro Quintanilha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jorge Boaventura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdemar Pinhal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of PLURAL booed when Matos Velhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Quintanilha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandro Mafra kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Quintanilha in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Boaventura saved PLURAL from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Mauro Quintanilha put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jorge Boaventura.
