Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jairo Carrasqueira started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, FC Dezassete's Gaspar Queirós dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. A collision led to FC Dezassete getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Nicolas Guterres hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Silvestre Salazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute of the match Hilário Morais sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viriato Peixoto skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Stars Academy's zone, Gaspar Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Éder Nogueira came out of the goal and Gaspar Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 14 minutes, Joaquim Domingos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stars Academy and the FC Dezassete players grew even worse after the yellow card. The long shot by Hildeberto Coimbra in the 15th minute really tested Éder Nogueira's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Timóteo Rijo made in the 19th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jairo Carrasqueira however managed to control. Ramiro Leme made in the 21st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jairo Carrasqueira. Albérico Bacelar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 minutes, Hildeberto Coimbra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Dezassete and the Stars Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hildeberto Coimbra kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, FC Dezassete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Salazar to maneuver through the defense. When Silvestre Salazar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes had been played. After 36 played minutes FC Dezassete got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Salazar. In the 45th match minute, FC Dezassete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hildeberto Coimbra to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angélico Malheiro was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Stars Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albérico Bacelar to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC Dezassete's zone, Jairo Carrasqueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viriato Peixoto came out of the goal and Jairo Carrasqueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Timóteo Rijo with Ramiro Leme as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 64th match minute, FC Dezassete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hildeberto Coimbra to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Jairo Carrasqueira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Viriato Peixoto. The goal made the score 1-1. After 70 played minutes FC Dezassete got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Queirós. After a rather tough play, FC Dezassete's Luís Ekaterinoslavskiy got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Viriato Peixoto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramiro Leme got free with Viriato Peixoto in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viriato Peixoto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Carrasqueira in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Stars Academy players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
