Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Donato Espinosa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tarcísio Lopes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Cristiano Orozco made a huge save. After 12 played minutes F.C. Sant Sabo got a freekick which was hit by Xavian Mayol. Cristiano Orozco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Espinosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Vitin Ziguenza struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Viriato Leal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Sant Sabo. 20 minutes into the match, Donato Espinosa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristiano Orozco, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Espinosa in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristiano Orozco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudemiro Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tarcísio Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Cristiano Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Sant Sabo's zone, Donato Espinosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristiano Orozco came out of the goal and Donato Espinosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Donato Espinosa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cristiano Orozco, passed just outside the right post. Donato Espinosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. F.C. Sant Sabo's Cristiano Orozco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Sant Sabo from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitin Ziguenza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Teófilo Melo hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes, Vitin Ziguenza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Sant Sabo and the Sporting Clube Patrício players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sant Sabo's Cristiano Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Espinosa in the 57th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Donato Espinosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Sant Sabo's Cristiano Orozco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th minute Vitin Ziguenza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viriato Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Garcia's late challenge caught a F.C. Sant Sabo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristiano Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of F.C. Sant Sabo booed when Sporting Clube Patrício was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goalkeeper Viriato Leal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitin Ziguenza. Cristiano Orozco came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Clube Patrício's Tarcísio Lopes. But to his dismay, Tarcísio Lopes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 76th match minute, Sporting Clube Patrício was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Espinosa to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, F.C. Sant Sabo's goal looked a bit too open when Claudemiro Gomes came free, but Cristiano Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 minutes of play, Sporting Clube Patrício's Donato Espinosa made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristiano Orozco was left in no man's land by his defense there! F.C. Sant Sabo's Cristiano Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Espinosa in the 92nd minute of play. Sporting Clube Patrício's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
