Tasso FC's Zeferino Távora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hustaz Dagora in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, RACIN DE CHAWEN's Erlantz Revuelta got a free kick in the 6th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, Diego Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tasso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zeferino Távora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erlantz Revuelta's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 15th minute, Hustaz Dagora made a precise shot to the right of Zeferino Távora. Tasso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. George Bodelon kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hustaz Dagora during the 19th minute. The supporters of RACIN DE CHAWEN booed when Tasso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Guerreiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Hustaz Dagora came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the RACIN DE CHAWEN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hustaz Dagora couldn't finish the play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeferino Távora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hustaz Dagora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
