Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Maurício Neves kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Saúl Franco made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Amaro. Atlético Micaelense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lourenço Figueiras hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Zarco Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilson Moutinho in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, FC Beatriz 08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregório Brochado to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Amaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saúl Franco in the 24th minute of play. When Gregório Brochado came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FC Beatriz 08 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregório Brochado couldn't finish the play. After 27 minutes, Veríssimo Bulhosa made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Atlético Micaelense's Marcelo Amaro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute Saúl Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zarco Galvão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cláudio Madureira went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 35th minute, Cláudio Madureira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Micaelense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Cláudio Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zarco Galvão was a little too slow when Maurício Neves got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 3-2. In the 46th minute, Wilson Lobato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saúl Franco to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Veríssimo Carvalhal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute of the match Lourenço Figueiras sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Amaro skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Wilson Moutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Micaelense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilson Moutinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Neves in the 61st minute of play forced FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper Zarco Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Beatriz 08's Domingos Estrela shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcelo Amaro but with some difficulty. Lourenço Figueiras's late challenge caught a Atlético Micaelense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lourenço Figueiras helped the player get up and apologised. Lourenço Figueiras kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Wilson Lobato hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Veríssimo Bulhosa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Marcelo Amaro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 81 minutes into the match, Cláudio Madureira notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of FC Beatriz 08's Zarco Galvão. Zarco Galvão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, FC Beatriz 08's Joel Vasques got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Atlético Micaelense walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
