An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Paixão in the 11th minute of play forced SIMvergüenzas's goalkeeper Torcuato Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SIMvergüenzas's Sebastián Adán got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, André Rego ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torcuato Garcia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After having played for 28 minutes, Rafael Mayol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SIMvergüenzas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Mayol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Vivaldo Prestes got a free kick in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's zone, Amarante Dellasierra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrício Marques came out of the goal and Amarante Dellasierra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aprígio Espinosa got free with Torcuato Garcia in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Torcuato Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Paixão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SIMvergüenzas's Rafael Mayol got a free kick in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Paixão made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, SIMvergüenzas's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Pimentel came free, but Torcuato Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torcuato Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máximo Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Fabrício Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Mayol in the 58th minute of the match. Abel Paixão kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Aprígio Espinosa got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Abel Paixão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Torcuato Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Paixão in the 71st minute of the match. Sebastián Adán hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Fabrício Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastián Adán in the 83rd minute of play. Bento Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Abel Paixão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torcuato Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torcuato Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aprígio Espinosa in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Máximo Pimentel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torcuato Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a rather tough play, SIMvergüenzas's Sebastián Adán got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans cheered their team off the field, for while SIMvergüenzas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
