Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gusmão Leiria took the kick off in the first half of the match. Manuel Silveira made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Wilson Maciel sent off a good shot on target. Hélder Resende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gusmão Leiria's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Manuel Silveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 21 played minutes Suprs Academia got a freekick which was hit by Mário Mafra. After a rather tough play, Ɍυƒυs™'s Ricardo Meira got a free kick in the 29th minute. A hard shot 31 in the game by Wilson Maciel from a close distance when the talented Manuel Silveira managed to make a qualified save. Suprs Academia's players were relieved. Saúl Bernardes's late challenge caught a Ɍυƒυs™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saúl Bernardes helped the player get up and apologised. Gusmão Leiria's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Manuel Silveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 39th minute Albertino lacerda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Estrada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Calçada hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Héctor Chirol to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ɍυƒυs™'s Ricardo Meira got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Ɍυƒυs™'s Gusmão Leiria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 62nd minute, Albertino lacerda made a precise shot to the right of Maurício Estrada. Ɍυƒυs™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. A collision led to Ɍυƒυs™ getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Alex Arruda hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes Ɍυƒυs™ got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Quintanilha. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arthur Zico got free with Maurício Estrada in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute, Albertino lacerda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ɍυƒυs™ fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Ɍυƒυs™'s Gusmão Leiria looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Gusmão Leiria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 92 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Gusmão Leiria came free, but Manuel Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Suprs Academia's Arthur Zico got a free kick in the 94th minute. Eusébio Quintanilha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Manuel Silveira. Suprs Academia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Suprs Academia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
