The crowd rose to their feet as Romão Furtado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yiyo Quintas. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Yiyo Quintas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cassiano Castanheira went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the match, Nesor Maestro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Lemos. Chihuahua StrikerS™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nesor Maestro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Yiyo Quintas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cassiano Castanheira went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Romão Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Yiyo Quintas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Real Llull de Reus booed when Chihuahua StrikerS™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Sesimbra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Real Llull de Reus defense, Romão Furtado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yiyo Quintas. The Real Llull de Reus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yiyo Quintas should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute, Chihuahua StrikerS™'s Romão Furtado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yiyo Quintas. Yiyo Quintas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassiano Castanheira was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassiano Castanheira in the 52nd minute of play forced Real Llull de Reus's goalkeeper Yiyo Quintas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hurko Mudarra during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee showed Romão Furtado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th match minute, Chihuahua StrikerS™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romão Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Yiyo Quintas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassiano Castanheira, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Real Llull de Reus's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Santiago came free, but Yiyo Quintas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
