After 4 minutes of play, B68 Toftir's Alonzo Bürgi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rein Barels was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gregoire Schumacher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rein Barels having to interfere. In the 13th minute Christiaan Mans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Ritter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to De Kwakel FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Peter Borgman hit a great ball. Teo Hoogstrate charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teo Hoogstrate the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teo Hoogstrate hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaromir Helbling in the 20th minute of play forced De Kwakel FC's goalkeeper Rein Barels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd match minute, B68 Toftir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Schultz to maneuver through the defense. When De Kwakel FC's Christiaan Mans in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye B68 Toftir's goalie prevented a goal. Christiaan Mans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but August Ritter made a huge save. In the 32nd minute of the game, Teo Hoogstrate landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Conrad Gremion's late challenge caught a De Kwakel FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrad Gremion helped the player get up and apologised. Conrad Gremion kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, De Kwakel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Bürgi came free, but Rein Barels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Quint Scenna hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in B68 Toftir's zone, Donny Som stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. August Ritter came out of the goal and Donny Som tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christiaan Mans made a kick off. August Ritter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christiaan Mans's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. De Kwakel FC's Rein Barels proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save De Kwakel FC from getting a goal against them. When Boukjan Buckinx fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Kwakel FC's protests and gave Boukjan Buckinx a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Boukjan Buckinx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Schultz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Rein Barels made a huge save. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Conrad Gremion hit a great ball. Rein Barels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph Suter in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Bürgi in the 70th minute of play forced De Kwakel FC's goalkeeper Rein Barels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, B68 Toftir's Quint Scenna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. If Glen Barth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rein Barels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Bürgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Borgman charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peter Borgman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes De Kwakel FC got a freekick which was hit by Peter Borgman. 90 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Jouke van Amersfoort came free, but August Ritter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Christiaan Mans managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Kwakel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Christiaan Mans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. August Ritter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. August Ritter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christiaan Mans, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 95 played minutes De Kwakel FC got a freekick which was hit by Christiaan Mans. B68 Toftir's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
