The supporters of Sports Club de DERSİM booed when S.C. Potentia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Waterreus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tim Bodemer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Job Bot, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Job Bot scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tim Bodemer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.C. Potentia's goalkeeper Naci Ünüvar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th play minute Fernando Waterreus came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tim Bodemer. 2-0. After some careless play in the Sports Club de DERSİM defense, Geale van den Brink kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tim Bodemer. The Sports Club de DERSİM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tim Bodemer should have stopped the shot. Job Bot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tim Bodemer came out and tried to block the shot, but Job Bot slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 44th minute. Tim Bodemer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Job Bot in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Geale van den Brink in the 51st minute of play forced Sports Club de DERSİM's goalkeeper Tim Bodemer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes Sports Club de DERSİM got a freekick which was hit by Rouven Indefrei. 63 minutes into the match, Geale van den Brink notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Sports Club de DERSİM's Tim Bodemer. Tim Bodemer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Geale van den Brink took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tim Bodemer. Tim Bodemer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Tim Bodemer came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by S.C. Potentia's Gregor Ranzijn. But to his dismay, Gregor Ranzijn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Tim Bodemer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Job Bot went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. 81 minutes into the match, Sports Club de DERSİM's goal looked a bit too open when Job Bot came free, but Tim Bodemer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, S.C. Potentia's Vincent Veenema got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Vincent Veenema lost his temper 84 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 84th minute, one of S.C. Potentia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for S.C. Potentia. The goalkeeper, Naci Ünüvar, was totally fooled by Sports Club de DERSİM's Ken Dumpis, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gregor Ranzijn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ken Dumpis hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geert Meurs in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tim Bodemer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Job Bot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. S.C. Potentia fully deserved thier win.
