Octaaf Van Acht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbie Lefevre in the 12th minute of the match. Martial Bormans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octaaf Van Acht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charl Schaerlaekens in the 17th minute of play. Martial Bormans hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 22 played minutes LeRoeulx got a freekick which was hit by Robbie Lefevre. When Lionel Carpenter came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the LeRoeulx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lionel Carpenter couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, Robbie Lefevre notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of KFC Vliegplein's Octaaf Van Acht. Octaaf Van Acht was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charl Schaerlaekens in the 47th minute of play forced KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Octaaf Van Acht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

52 minutes into the game, Senne Uytterhoeven recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Octaaf Van Acht. Senne Uytterhoeven showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. If Lionel Carpenter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KFC Vliegplein's Octaaf Van Acht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias De Werdt in the 64th minute of play. Thys Helsen kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Lionel Carpenter dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Octaaf Van Acht, 2-4. In the 71st minute, Matthias De Werdt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robbie Lefevre during the 74th minute. After some careless play in the LeRoeulx defense, Frederic Verduijn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robin Hagemans. The LeRoeulx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robin Hagemans should have stopped the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Frederic Verduijn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Hagemans.
