Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ive Rondou kicked off to start the match. Carsten Klaasens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Suteweij having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilco Owusu Abeyie in the 7th minute of play forced Gallo Crisis's goalkeeper Carlos Suteweij to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, Gallo Crisis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul-Louis De Beer to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Suteweij didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilco Owusu Abeyie went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Roger Popken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bass De Cat, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 0-2 became the score in the 16th minute when Roger Popken elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 19 played minutes Gallo Crisis got a freekick which was hit by Remi Vanneste. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ive Rondou got free with Jan-Joost Smeekes in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Suteweij came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Seagulls's Wilco Owusu Abeyie. But to his dismay, Wilco Owusu Abeyie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 30 played minutes Gallo Crisis got a freekick which was hit by Karel Conincx. Carlos Suteweij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilco Owusu Abeyie in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Gallo Crisis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karel Conincx to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Carsten Klaasens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Suteweij was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Gallo Crisis's Carlos Suteweij played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilco Owusu Abeyie in the 43rd minute of play. Carlos Suteweij took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilco Owusu Abeyie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Yannis Tijs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallo Crisis's supporters rose to their feet, but Yannis Tijs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Joost Smeekes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute, Karel Conincx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Andriessen's late challenge caught a Gallo Crisis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Andriessen helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Seagulls's Martin Andriessen got a free kick in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Gallo Crisis's goalkeeper Carlos Suteweij had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilco Owusu Abeyie. Carlos Suteweij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Schröer in the 63rd minute of play. Ive Rondou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Joost Smeekes having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Gallo Crisis got a freekick which was hit by Karel Conincx. Paul-Louis De Beer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Joost Smeekes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gallo Crisis's Karel Conincx got a free kick in the 75th minute. The supporters of Gallo Crisis booed when Seagulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Floris Stühling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ive Rondou in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Roger Popken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seagulls's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Popken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carsten Klaasens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wilco Owusu Abeyie struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Carlos Suteweij didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seagulls. Carlos Suteweij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilco Owusu Abeyie in the 96th minute of play. Seagulls's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
