Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Pura Vida Academy's Takha Goloviznin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Charalambos Zardari who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pura Vida Academy's Vladimir Pozharskiy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 5th minute, Takha Goloviznin made a precise shot to the right of Geordy De Leger. Vc Brye's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Pura Vida Academy's Vladimir Pozharskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cederique Wigers in the 10th minute of play. Vc Brye were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Pura Vida Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Octaaf Van Adorp took the corner. The crowd rose to their feet as Vc Brye's Charalambos Zardari slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vladimir Pozharskiy. That made the score 1-1 after 14 minutes of play. Takha Goloviznin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geordy De Leger having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Takha Goloviznin in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geordy De Leger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st minute Takha Goloviznin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geordy De Leger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Pura Vida Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takha Goloviznin to maneuver through the defense. If Jean Theunis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikolaj Machaidze kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Geordy De Leger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takha Goloviznin, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Roland Le Page hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 35th play minutes Takha Goloviznin shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Geordy De Leger and just under the crossbar into goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charalambos Zardari to strike the kick off in the second half. Vladimir Pozharskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charalambos Zardari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Takha Goloviznin took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geordy De Leger. Geordy De Leger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Pura Vida Academy's Takha Goloviznin got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Vladimir Pozharskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charalambos Zardari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimir Pozharskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cederique Wigers in the 64th minute of the match. Takha Goloviznin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Geordy De Leger made a huge save. In the 70th match minute, Vc Brye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octaaf Van Adorp to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Vc Brye's Cederique Wigers got a free kick in the 77th minute. Pura Vida Academy's Vladimir Pozharskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Theunis in the 81st minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Bidzina Gadaevi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pura Vida Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vc Brye the free kick. Bidzina Gadaevi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Cederique Wigers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Pura Vida Academy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pura Vida Academy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
