Szittyák SE rege's Miklós Bökönyi came free and shot a quick shot against goal 5 minutes in the game, fortunately Dimo Igov had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After 6 minutes SvE United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lóránt Barabás who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tibor Soós almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SvE United's Dimo Igov did a great save. Miklós Bökönyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Dimo Igov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iskren Glavinov's late challenge caught a Szittyák SE rege's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iskren Glavinov helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tibor Soós got free with Dimo Igov in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute, Radko Mitziev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mátyás Vadas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Szittyák SE rege's Miklós Bökönyi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 19th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 23rd match minute, SvE United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iskren Glavinov to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Szittyák SE rege's Dimo Igov threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Imre Cseh, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dimo Igov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Imre Cseh in the 27th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, SvE United's goal looked a bit too open when Imre Cseh came free, but Dimo Igov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, SvE United's Dimo Igov got control of the ball when Miklós Bökönyi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Boncho Uvakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimo Igov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihály Gerebics, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Dimo Igov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Imre Cseh in the 45th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kuzman Dobrovski was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Imre Cseh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimo Igov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimo Igov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miklós Bökönyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Radko Mitziev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dimo Igov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihály Gerebics in the 62nd minute of play. Tibor Soós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimo Igov having to interfere. Imre Cseh took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimo Igov. Dimo Igov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 71st minute, Imre Cseh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dimo Igov was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihály Gerebics in the 73rd minute of play forced SvE United's goalkeeper Dimo Igov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SvE United booed when Szittyák SE rege was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihály Gerebics didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Imre Cseh in the 82nd minute of play forced SvE United's goalkeeper Dimo Igov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SvE United getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Radko Mitziev hit a great ball. In the 86th minute Tibor Soós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimo Igov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimo Igov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miklós Bökönyi in the 92nd minute of play. Dimo Igov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Imre Cseh, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Szittyák SE rege were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing SvE United to leave the ground with a draw.
