After taking down the ball on Fox Hunting Squad's corner Quillian Lambrecht fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Konstantin Kuznetsov quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of STORM booed when Fox Hunting Squad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rens Waterloos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 9 minutes, Jacque Balckmans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fox Hunting Squad and the STORM players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matvey Berezhnoy in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robbin Panhuyse saved Fox Hunting Squad from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Fox Hunting Squad's Aaron De Wit got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Jacque Balckmans. After 38 minutes, Artur Homutov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the STORM and the Fox Hunting Squad players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorg Vrijdags in the 42nd minute of play forced STORM's goalkeeper Konstantin Kuznetsov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorg Vrijdags stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Artur Blinov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robbin Panhuyse came out of the goal and Artur Blinov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Fox Hunting Squad's Tibau Leemans got a free kick in the 67th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Artur Homutov could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Robbin Panhuyse however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of STORM booed when Fox Hunting Squad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinard Van Cleijnenbreughel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Alex Maenhout. Artur Homutov hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match.
