Fabrice De Leger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robbie Van Eijken went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute, Vicente Dechamps made a precise shot to the right of Fabrice De Leger. Minion Mim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 41st match minute, Minion Mim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willem-Alexander Snieders to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th match minute, Flamenco United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Youri Goolen to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Youri Goolen to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Matthieu Leempoels notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Minion Mim's Fabrice De Leger. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paul-Louis Villyn in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jannes Swartenbroekx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the game, Minion Mim's Kenneth Blanchaert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jannes Swartenbroekx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. 80 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Wuyts came free, but Fabrice De Leger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jannes Swartenbroekx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matijs De Weerdt, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the game, Flamenco United's Edward Wuyts nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabrice De Leger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. 85 minutes into the match, Matthieu Leempoels had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabrice De Leger. Minion Mim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthieu Leempoels was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Paul-Louis Villyn kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Edward Wuyts kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The supporters of Flamenco United booed when Minion Mim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cederik Sellekaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrice De Leger was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Vicente Dechamps capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vicente Dechamps really showed his touch with that goal: 1-9.
