Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Christiaan Wilson took the kick off in the first half of the match. De Kasteelheren's Bernard Mülder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lex Brunt in the 5th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erben Eringa in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Mülder saved De Kasteelheren from getting behind. A collision led to FCF north getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Lex Brunt hit a great ball. Ate Oldenbeuving sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to De Kasteelheren getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Sjoerd van Asten hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 14 minutes into the game, when Mathieu Onrust put in a rough tackle. A collision led to De Kasteelheren getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Mathieu Onrust hit a great ball. Bernard Mülder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erben Eringa in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Jacobs in the 17th minute of play forced De Kasteelheren's goalkeeper Bernard Mülder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leendert Kremer came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by De Kasteelheren's Christiaan Wilson. But to his dismay, Christiaan Wilson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of De Kasteelheren booed when FCF north was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertus Smid didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leendert Kremer made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Christiaan Wilson sent off a good shot on target. Bernard Mülder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erben Eringa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Bernard Mülder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erben Eringa in the 28th minute of the match. Hub Groten kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Leendert Kremer made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Christiaan Wilson sent off a good shot on target. If Sjoerd van Asten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ate Oldenbeuving received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Leendert Kremer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernard Mülder came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by FCF north's Allard Meppelink. But to his dismay, Allard Meppelink quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Lex Brunt kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Erben Eringa made the kick off in the second half. Bernard Mülder was a little too slow when Lex Brunt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-2. A collision led to De Kasteelheren getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Pieter-Jan Staarman hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Marcel Jacobs took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Bernard Mülder to make any attempt to save it. Pim Hendriks's late challenge caught a De Kasteelheren's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pim Hendriks helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of De Kasteelheren booed when FCF north was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pim Hendriks didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute of the match, Erben Eringa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bernard Mülder saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to De Kasteelheren getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Pieter-Jan Staarman hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Pieter-Jan Staarman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Kasteelheren fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. FCF north played a much better game than De Kasteelheren and deserved their victory. The De Kasteelheren players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
