Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kevin Wanger took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Luka Bjorg fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Motala AIF's protests and gave Luka Bjorg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Luka Bjorg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luka Bjorg kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Michael Campens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin Wanger in the 18th minute. Luka Bjorg was shown his second yellow card after 22 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 23rd minute, Luka Bjorg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Motala AIF's Michael Campens threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernhard Corrado, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gaston Hilti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cederique De Kepper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 played minutes Motala AIF got a freekick which was hit by Beat Dietz. If Lieven Omblets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Daniel Corrado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Hilti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lieven Omblets in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lieven Omblets to make the kick off. Gaston Hilti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lieven Omblets, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Gaston Hilti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lieven Omblets in the 52nd minute of play. Motala AIF's Gaston Hilti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Motala AIF from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Purple Talents's Cederique De Kepper slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaston Hilti. That made the score 0-1 after 54 minutes of play. Bruno Demirci hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Steffen Uijterhove kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Purple Talents's zone, Elia Gantenbein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Campens came out of the goal and Elia Gantenbein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remco Van Der Elst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kevin Wanger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Michael Campens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Motala AIF's goalkeeper Gaston Hilti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lieven Omblets. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Lieven Omblets got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gaston Hilti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lieven Omblets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Purple Talents played a much better game than Motala AIF and deserved their victory. The Motala AIF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
