Spectators: 173 (Terracing: 130, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kevin Wanger started the match with the kick off. Jelle Roels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Wanger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Motala AIF booed when FC Draconia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelis Van De Ven didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes, Motala AIF's Bernhard Corrado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jelle Roels came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Motala AIF reached it. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Sebastien Rymenans got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 16th minute, Bernhard Corrado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 19 minutes, Michael Seemann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Motala AIF and the FC Draconia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Michael Seemann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Hilti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gregory Cappelsmans went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Samuel Pancken's late challenge caught a Motala AIF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Pancken helped the player get up and apologised. Samuel Pancken kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Bruno Demirci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th match minute, Motala AIF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Corrado to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Alfons Ceulemans sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Motala AIF's Gaston Hilti didn't even have to move. If Bernhard Corrado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Gregory Cappelsmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Gaston Hilti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kevin Wanger got free with Jelle Roels in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jelle Roels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Wanger, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Gaston Hilti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregory Cappelsmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 85th minute of the match, Reinhard Berno got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jelle Roels was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jelle Roels made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Reinhard Berno sent off a good shot on target. After 94 played minutes FC Draconia got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Preuveneer.
