Dávid Fodor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Móric Rataj in the 3rd minute of the match. Tibor Baňák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zsolt Baranyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 10 minutes, Tamás Véber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Újlõrincfalva LC and the Kukova United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tamás Véber hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. János Rigó charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed János Rigó the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolomej Martinček got free with Dávid Fodor in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Újlõrincfalva LC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. János Rigó hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the game, Újlõrincfalva LC's Zsolt Baranyi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tibor Baňák made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 26th minute Ádám Pulai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Baňák saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dávid Fodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from František Bera in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Móric Rataj in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dávid Fodor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Újlõrincfalva LC's goalkeeper Dávid Fodor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute František Bera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dávid Fodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 47 in the game by Bartolomej Martinček from a close distance when the talented Dávid Fodor managed to make a qualified save. Újlõrincfalva LC's players were relieved. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Zsolt Baranyi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Tibor Baňák when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Kukova United getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Vladislav Slaninka hit a great ball. János Rigó took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tibor Baňák. Kukova United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Kukova United's Tibor Baňák got control of the ball when Róbert Hajdú tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Kukova United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by František Bera to maneuver through the defense. Zsolt Baranyi hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The Kukova United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Tamás Véber hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. František Bera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Kukova United booed when Újlõrincfalva LC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zsolt Baranyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Kukova United's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Hajdú came free, but Tibor Baňák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Ádám Pulai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Újlõrincfalva LC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ádám Pulai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tibor Baňák breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
