In the 8th match minute, Nagyváradi AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zoltán Vékony to maneuver through the defense. Colin Schwarz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mátyás Szepesvári in the 11th minute of play forced International Thunders's goalkeeper Mario Grebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Schlager scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Attila Kossuth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, International Thunders's Uwe Marder got a free kick in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Nagyváradi AC's Jónás Kocsis got a free kick in the 21st minute. Nagyváradi AC's Attila Kossuth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregor Renz in the 23rd minute of play. Attila Kossuth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Schlager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Jonas Wehren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Attila Kossuth was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Robert Schlager kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Mario Grebe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gábor Kásás. After 40 minutes, Colin Schwarz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the International Thunders and the Nagyváradi AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aurél Hellinger charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurél Hellinger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aurél Hellinger kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Mátyás Szepesvári in the 52nd minute of play forced International Thunders's goalkeeper Mario Grebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Grebe came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nagyváradi AC's Renátó Marton. But to his dismay, Renátó Marton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After having played for 56 minutes, Gregor Renz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. International Thunders's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregor Renz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Jónás Kocsis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nagyváradi AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave International Thunders the free kick. Jónás Kocsis kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Mario Grebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renátó Marton in the 67th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dávid Fekete in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Grebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gregor Renz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Attila Kossuth made a huge save. Nagyváradi AC's Attila Kossuth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Nagyváradi AC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Nagyváradi AC's Attila Kossuth got control of the ball when Jonas Wehren tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Robert Schlager reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Attila Kossuth. The goal made the score 2-4. International Thunders's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nagyváradi AC the free kick. In the 91st minute of the match Krisztián Magyar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Grebe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute, Dávid Fekete left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nagyváradi AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. International Thunders's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
