Nagyváradi AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dávid Fekete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pavel Chabanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dávid Fekete, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes, Mátyás Szepesvári made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Arsenal F.C.'s Pavel Chabanov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44thth minute of the game Dávid Fekete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal F.C.'s Pavel Chabanov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dávid Fekete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valeriy Chirkov was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Eduard Florianov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arsenal F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nagyváradi AC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Arsenal F.C.'s Eduard Florianov got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Dávid Fekete, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 58 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Pavel Chabanov was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 60th minute Eduard Florianov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attila Kossuth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Eduard Florianov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Attila Kossuth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pavel Chabanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dávid Fekete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Attila Kossuth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valeriy Gribin, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Dávid Fekete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Pavel Chabanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
