Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Móric Rataj kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mátyás Szepesvári in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tibor Baňák saved Kukova United from getting behind. In the 10th minute, František Bera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Attila Kossuth was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Nagyváradi AC booed when Kukova United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladislav Slaninka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nagyváradi AC made a substitution. Milán Mogyorós replaced Krisztián Magyar. A collision led to Kukova United getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Branislav Chromý hit a great ball. Tibor Baňák made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Aurél Hellinger sent off a good shot on target. Attila Kossuth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Móric Rataj, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Dávid Fekete struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Tibor Baňák didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nagyváradi AC. Tibor Baňák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milán Mogyorós in the 23rd minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Kukova United's goalkeeper Tibor Baňák had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dávid Fekete. After a rather tough play, Nagyváradi AC's Milán Mogyorós got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Dávid Fekete kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Nagyváradi AC got a freekick which was hit by Gergely Varsányi. A collision led to Nagyváradi AC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Milán Mogyorós hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Milán Mogyorós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Baňák saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Kukova United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladislav Slaninka to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Milán Mogyorós in the 52nd minute of play forced Kukova United's goalkeeper Tibor Baňák to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 minutes of play, Nagyváradi AC's Mátyás Szepesvári made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tibor Baňák was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute, Kukova United's Móric Rataj dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Attila Kossuth was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and František Bera capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. František Bera really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. In the 70th minute, Móric Rataj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tibor Baňák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dávid Fekete in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match Aurél Hellinger sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tibor Baňák skillfully saved the ball. 77 minutes into the match, František Bera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Kossuth. Nagyváradi AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that František Bera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 80th minute, Kukova United's Branislav Chromý seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Branislav Chromý the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kukova United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Branislav Chromý had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 79 minutes into the game, one of Kukova United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Nagyváradi AC a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dávid Fekete, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kukova United's Tibor Baňák. 2-4. In the 89th minute Mátyás Szepesvári shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Baňák saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kukova United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
