Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martin Zinsli started the match with the kick off. Benjamin Bender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Chris Lang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Roger Wijngaart made a precise shot to the right of Chris Lang. Olympique Fribourg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sipke Oosting in the 8th minute of play forced Olympique Fribourg's goalkeeper Chris Lang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Sipke Oosting who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olympique Fribourg's Chris Lang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chris Lang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sipke Oosting in the 11th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Winthont FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Olympique Fribourg:s goal. The referee gave Olympique Fribourg a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Josef Gladu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Winthont FC's Lucas Uebels. 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, Roger Wijngaart notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Olympique Fribourg's Chris Lang. Chris Lang was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Winthont FC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Olympique Fribourg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgard de Freitas took the corner. After 37 minutes, Sipke Oosting made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Olympique Fribourg's Chris Lang tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Winthont FC's Roger Wijngaart in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olympique Fribourg's goalie prevented a goal. Chris Lang acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edgard de Freitas. 58 minutes into the match, Olympique Fribourg's goalkeeper Chris Lang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sipke Oosting. In the 62nd minute, Roelof Pietersma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Winthont FC fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Winthont FC's Sipke Oosting looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Olympique Fribourg's Chris Lang got control of the ball when Sipke Oosting tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Roger Wijngaart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 77th minute, Floris Talsma reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chris Lang. The goal made the score 1-5. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Olympique Fribourg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ronny Hendriks was slow to take the kick. During this time Winthont FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Winthont FC's Floris Talsma getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Olympique Fribourg's goalkeeper Chris Lang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sipke Oosting. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronny Hendriks during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 played minutes Winthont FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Hendriks. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sipke Oosting got free with Chris Lang in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Winthont FC played a much better game than Olympique Fribourg and deserved their victory. The Olympique Fribourg players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
