An unexpectedly hard shot by Floris Talsma in the 2nd minute of play forced Hungarian Olympic's goalkeeper Ábel Barta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Hungarian Olympic's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Wijngaart came free, but Ábel Barta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ábel Barta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Wijngaart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ábel Barta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Wijngaart went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's goalkeeper Lucas Uebels had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sándor Czakó. Ábel Barta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Wijngaart in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Hungarian Olympic's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Wijngaart came free, but Ábel Barta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Hungarian Olympic booed when Winthont FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Wijngaart didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roger Wijngaart scored 0-3 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ábel Barta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ábel Barta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Wijngaart, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Hungarian Olympic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sándor Buday didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Wijngaart in the 45th minute of play forced Hungarian Olympic's goalkeeper Ábel Barta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Floris Talsma put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Ábel Barta. After the first half Winthont FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roger Wijngaart was the one to do the kick off. Lucas Uebels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from László Müller in the 53rd minute of play. If Floris Talsma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Hungarian Olympic:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Winthont FC:s goal. The referee gave Winthont FC a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ronny Hendriks, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hungarian Olympic's Ábel Barta. 0-5. When Ronny Hendriks came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Winthont FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Hendriks couldn't finish the play. Ábel Barta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Floris Talsma's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. A collision led to Hungarian Olympic getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Tamás Lovas hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Niels Schirring notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Hungarian Olympic's Ábel Barta. Ábel Barta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute, Roelof Pietersma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szabolcs Váczi in the 82nd minute of play forced Winthont FC's goalkeeper Lucas Uebels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Ronny Hendriks lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Ábel Barta. László Müller struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Lucas Uebels didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungarian Olympic. Floris Talsma's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ábel Barta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 99th minute of play. The Hungarian Olympic fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Winthont FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
