Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Blaise Näf made the kick off and thus started the match. 8 minutes into the match, Olympique Fribourg's goalkeeper Chris Lang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matěj Randa. Olympique Fribourg's Chris Lang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Olympique Fribourg from getting a goal against them. When Simon Filipec came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Moneyball fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Filipec couldn't finish the play. Saša Slanař kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Gubser in the 21st minute of play forced Moneyball's goalkeeper Dušan Kofroň to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moneyball's Dušan Kofroň played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Zinsli in the 25th minute of play. Chris Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobiáš Konečný, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Moneyball's Petr Ostrý dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Matěj Randa took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chris Lang. Chris Lang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matěj Randa to strike the kick off in the second half. Petr Ostrý hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute Sepp Gerig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dušan Kofroň saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 played minutes Moneyball got a freekick which was hit by Roman Vacík. After 65 played minutes Sepp Gerig rounded Moneyball's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Moneyball's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Sepp Gerig scored to the left of an out of position Dušan Kofroň, making the score, 2-2. When Uli Bieri fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olympique Fribourg's protests and gave Uli Bieri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Moneyball booed when Olympique Fribourg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uli Bieri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Martin Zinsli made a precise shot to the right of Dušan Kofroň. Moneyball's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Chris Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matěj Randa in the 88th minute of play.
