Dino Straumann started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Jonas Lipp seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonas Lipp the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of THE ROKERY PIMKIS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonas Lipp had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Gualtier Jetté had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Natan Rouvoet's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 8 played minutes THE ROKERY PIMKIS got a freekick which was hit by Juergen Beyeler. Dino Straumann struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Thierry Lenaerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE ROKERY PIMKIS. Sam-Lucas Van Achteren's late challenge caught a THE ROKERY PIMKIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sam-Lucas Van Achteren helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Beek City got a freekick which was hit by Sam-Lucas Van Achteren. Thierry Lenaerts came out of the goal and Claude La Rosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Natan Rouvoet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Stefan Nadel with Dino Straumann as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Gualtier Jetté played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natan Rouvoet in the 27th minute of play. Gualtier Jetté didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Natan Rouvoet went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute, Claudio Tanguay reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Thierry Lenaerts. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 42nd minute Natan Rouvoet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualtier Jetté saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Tanguay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sam-Lucas Van Achteren to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Gualtier Jetté, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute of the match Beek City got a corner. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Natan Rouvoet ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Beek City's corner Natan Rouvoet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gualtier Jetté quite easily take care of the ball. With his leg Gualtier Jetté managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Beek City's Sam-Lucas Van Achteren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Claudio Tanguay struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Thierry Lenaerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE ROKERY PIMKIS. The supporters of THE ROKERY PIMKIS booed when Beek City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Schollens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beek City's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Natan Rouvoet in the 85th minute. Jurgen Van Goethem kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Natan Rouvoet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
