Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Virgílio dos Santos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rui Souto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Proença in the 3rd minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Cássio Matorin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Arsenal MGK's Rui Souto. Rui Souto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Arsenal MGK booed when Galo do Cerrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cássio Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Arsenal MGK's Virgílio dos Santos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cássio Castro. Cássio Castro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 31st minute, Jerônimo Meirelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgílio dos Santos charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Virgílio dos Santos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Galo do Cerrado booed when Arsenal MGK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgílio dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Arsenal MGK's Virgílio dos Santos got a free kick in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Nuno Proença notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Arsenal MGK's Rui Souto. Rui Souto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nuno Proença received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Rui Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Paulo Marinho made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Galo do Cerrado's Nuno Proença slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rui Souto. That made the score 2-3 after 54 minutes of play. Cássio Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgílio dos Santos in the 58th minute of the match. Haroldo Peixoto's late challenge caught a Arsenal MGK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haroldo Peixoto helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Galo do Cerrado defense, Virgílio dos Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cássio Castro. The Galo do Cerrado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cássio Castro should have stopped the shot. Virgílio dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Cássio Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maurício Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Conrado Baiano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rui Souto acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 91st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Conrado Baiano. Cássio Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Travassos in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Galo do Cerrado's José Paulo Marinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rui Souto. Rui Souto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-4. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
